Bug Description
When in a program such as Picasa, aMSN, etc I go to click on the close, maximize, or minimize buttons, or anywhere on the title bar to move the window, i can't click it, and the window loses focus. if i right click on the program on the bottom panel, and choose maximize then i am then unmaximize then that fixes the problem for the time that the program is open.
