Bug Description
Creating a DatePicker takes ~35ms on my Core i7 machine which is really a lot. As design sometimes wants ListDelegates with DatePickers in it, this doesn't really work for lists with more than 5 items.

Lowering the importance, as after the fix for bug 1303746 the impact of this has very much decreased.
