festival (1.4.3-21ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - debian/control:
      + Drop file-rc as an alternative to sysv-rc as Ubuntu doesn't support it.
      + Munge Maintainer field as per spec.
