Bug Description

I changed my scaling to a value and back to 1, I think notify-osd got
triggered at that time, and all subsequent notifications were scaled
incorrectly.

It looks like notify-osd doesn't update the scaling value runtime.

I can't reproduce this on wily anymore, even when changing the device scale back and forth multiple times.

Michał, is this still a problem for you? If so, how can I reproduce it?

Seb just told me that this doesn't happen anymore when changing scale factor, but when changing font size in a11y settings.
