I read: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DebuggingIRQProblems

a) Test with noacpi -> Not start Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 3
b) Test with pci=routeirq -> Not start Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 3
c) Test with pci=noacpi -> Start, message of in windows of error of HAL
d) Test with acpi=off -> Start

Now dowgrade to Feisty. Not problem. Not use noacpi, ..., acpi=off. Attach my files of Feisty.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Tribe 4 of Gutsy is expected to be released this week and it would be quite helpful if you could test with it and update your bug report appropriately. You can find the latest development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
