Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
After a network outage, when I go to restart the network by invoking init 1, or /etc/init.d/network start, my network is still down. I am unable to use the internet, or ping other networks, I have to restart Ubuntu in order to get networking started.
This is a wired eth0 syskonnect pci-e card, that I use for connecting to the network.
