Bug Description

  affects /ubuntu/network-manager

Network Manager does not always show the most recently available
wireless network list. If I disable wireless networking and then
re-enable it, it does show the new list.

I happens to me too, on two different computers. In fact I posted a feature request upstream for a "refresh" button. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465780 . No replies so far.
