initramfs-tools-ubuntu-touch totally breaks the system

Bug Description

This terrible package screws up initramfs-tools by arbitrarily diverting some init scripts.

For instance, initramfs no longer correctly sets up the keyboard layout after this package is installed, which means that system with encrypted disks can no longer be booted because the user can no longer correctly type the password.

Furthermore, this abortion uses local diverts instead of package diverts and doesn't even remove the diverts in postrm when uninstalling.

Please remove this thing from the main repository and make sure that whoever added it loses the privilege to upload further packages without review from someone with more sense than him.

If you want initramfses to be built differently on some systems, then change update-initramfs/its dependencies to do so ONLY IF THAT KIND OF SYSTEM IS DETECTED, rather than doing this awful hack.
