Bug Description

In the file /usr/share/themes/Lubuntu-default/gtk-2.0/gtkrc the property gtk-icon-theme-name is set to "Lubuntu" but the icon directory is in lower-case: /usr/share/icons/lubuntu. This results in the fallback theme (gnome?) being used.
