Translations incomplete in amd64 14.04

Bug Description

Using the Ubuntu Customization Kit, we noticed the i386 version of exo-utils has mostly all needed translations used in Ubuntu, while the amd64 version has only about three languages. The affected files are .desktop so they should be the same independent of architecture.

This was mostly fixed by rebuilding in 14.10, which (in ubuntu, not a recent rebuild) made i386 not have a few translations amd64 has

I have rebuilt this in a ppa, which fixed all the issues.
