Bug Description
When editing an email template in a window, the attachment field can be modified without problem. But when the view is not displayed in a window the attachment field seem to be in read only.
Scenario:
With admin and technical features:
1/Go to settings/
2/Create or edit a template
3/The attachment field is not editable
Tested with Chrome.
