no gui to configure isdn

Bug Description

I couldn't find any friendly GUI to configure my passive ISDN card to connect to internet. Even googling didn't reveal any useful info in Feisty Fawn.

In SUSE, it was a matter of opening Control center, clicking a button to configure an ISDN interface. My card was auto detected, and I only had to enter the username and password. Then, I could use the network manager to connect.

I did not have opportunity to test this in the newest Ubuntu, but if it's still present, it is a problem - open source drivers for ISDN exist, and it's a shame that there's no out-of-box connectivity. I did some research some time ago, and found out that the HiSax driver worked with my card, and the mISDN driver didn't (ubuntu by default configured mISDN to be used with my card). It returned an error in a certain .c file. However, even when I enabled HiSax, I still didn't have any graphical utilities to use it - I had to connect/disconnect from the console. Again, I am not sure if there has been any improvement in Gutsy, I will retest.
