missing Icon in link dialog

Binary package hint: evolution

Hello,

when I type ;) for smileys is used to be nice icon for smile, however I no do not get this icon anymore. Also when I click insert link, there used to be icon in the dialog for testing the link, now I have gtkhtml-stock-test-url text instead there. Will attach screenshot. I'm running updated feisty fawn.
