Since #60 (and probably #59 too) I notice that alarms are appearing underneath the greeter/welcome screen. Previously they were correctly on top.

This is a result of the split greeter landing, and this feature slipped through the cracks. The datetime indicator needs to proxy/pass alarm data to the greeter, so that they are displayed there. (as well?)
Adding indicator-datetime task, since that's what (I believe?) handles the alarm notifications.
