gthumb crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_file_info_get_is_folder()

Binary package hint: gthumb

First some setup. In Gutsy, default folders are created in ~/ such as Music, Pictures, etc. I just started importing pictures, and I don't have much space on the partition that holds /home. ~/Pictures was an actual directory for me.

1) I opened gThumb and clicked File > Import Photos...
2) The import dialog opens, click the "Destination" drop down.
3) Notice the Pictures folder in the bottom section of the list (I have Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos, Desktop)
4) Close the drop down

At this point I opened a terminal window and navigated to ~/. I removed the Pictures director with rmdir, and then symlinked it to an existing folder on a different partition with more space.

5) Back in gThumb, at the existing Import Photos dialog, click the "Destination" drop down again.
6) Crash.

I can reproduce this every time with these steps. It also happens when the directory is initially the symlink, and I remove it and create a new directory with "mkdir ~/Pictures".
