Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) launch inkscape with default prefs
2) draw rectangle
3) open Fill&Stroke and blur the rectangle slightly
4) open Filter Editor

—> crash

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00000000009e2ddd in Inkscape::XML::SignalObserver::set (this=0x4b600c0, o=0x0) at ../../src/xml/helper-observer.cpp:18
18 _oldsel->getRepr()->removeObserver(*this);
