Bug Description
I can upload photos to facebook and twitter but cannot upload to G+ using image #91 on mako.
I get an error. "Sorry, there aren't currently any apps installed that can provide this type of content."

Testing on image #94 on Nexus 7 (flo), I am able to upload a picture in G+. When tapping the "Add photos from device" button, Iโm being presented with the "Choose from" screen from the content picker, and the gallery app is listed there. I am able to pick a photo from the gallery app, and it is correctly uploaded.
Alan, are you still seeing the issue with #94?
