Could you run "GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG=3 sound-juicer &>log" and attach the log to the bug?

I presume this command is outputting to a log file but I have no idea where to look for it?

the log is in the directory where you are running it

Sorry but I am a newbie and don't know where that directory is. ?

wherever you go to type the command, if you just open the terminal emulator it's your user directory

did you try to send the log by mail? that doesn't work at the moment, you have to use the web interface

Sorry seb I did not realise, here is the log attached now.

the log has only one line and it looks like you tried to use sudo rather than the command mentionned before

Soundjuicer just stopped working one day. It will play cds but will not rip them. Ripping works, however, under K3B.

I have attached the log file.

the new log has not useful information neither, what did you try to do with sound-juicer when getting it?
