kdesudo not work in Tribe 4

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdesudo

if i use
 kdesudo krusader
krusader dont ask for pasword for root, and run as user non-root

 kdesudo krusader
Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-dll" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.

Error: "/tmp/ksocket-dll" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.

Error: "/tmp/kde-dll" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.

with another aplication is the same thing

I'm still getting this with Kubuntu 7.10 RC1 - kdesu and sudo.
