[Gutsy] kernel "segmentation fault" messages on start

Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22

Hardware: Dell XPS M1330
System: Gutsy Gibbon Tribe 4

When I start system with grub, after "uuid" messages, "segmentation fault" messages are showed, but in log files nothing is reported.

This happens with me too, in a Dell Latitude 120L (Laptop).

About UUID messages, there is a bug about that: Bug #81669

Updating kernel to 2.6.22-10 seems to fix this problem and so I close this bug.
