Bug Description

Device: n4
Firmware: channel utopic rev 106. (20140701-020205)

Audio player app need to restart to use re-connected a2dp speaker.

Procedure to reproduce

1. paired n4 with A2DP speaker
2. Play audio file to the speaker using music app
3. Turn off the bluetooth, you will found that the audio stop to come out from the speaker of the phone.
4. Turn on the bluetooth and connect to the same A2DP speaker again

Expected behaviors
1. The audio comes out from the A2DP speaker again

Current behaviors
1. The audio keep come out from the phone internal speaker.

Notice:
If we kill the music app and restart it again, then the audio comes out from the A2DP speaker.

thanks, reassigning to the music-app then, the settings just do the configuration, if a restart of some code is needed the issue is there

We believe this is actually an issue in pulse, therefore I am pulseaudio marking as also affects.
