Bug Description

Liblicense is a library to know stuff about creative commons stuff. Maybe we can have the whole stuff, have a look at http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Liblicense as well as the sourceforge page https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=80503&package_id=238700 . They have also made Ubuntu third-party repositories but only for feisty :(
