Steps to reproduce (using sample data):
1. Open http://
2. Fill in all required fields;
3. Fill in "Renewal period": 0
4. Click Create;
5. OOPS-598S341 IntegrityError ERROR: new row for relation "person" violates check constraint "sane_defaultre
