Bug Description

Hi

this has already happened some times

the translation dates reported in "translations.launchpad.net/~user" and "translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/distro/+lang/langcode" are the same, but they're not the real date, which is correctly displayed in the package translations.

for example:
https://translations.launchpad.net/~xezpeleta
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+lang/eu

report the "software-properties" package "Every %s days" translated and reviewed today.

this can't be, as that user is not part of the translation team

but: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/software-properties/+pots/software-properties/eu/14/+translate

reports the correct date (I presume).

this is very annoying, 'cause I see a new translation listed in the package list, but I by myself reviewed that package, so I have to look again what's happened; and on top of that, it's a translation review from a user who's not in the team.

it's veery annoying

Hi

There's also another type of annoying date-dance: https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/amarok/+pots/amarok/eu/4/+translate

here, a string was reviewed BEFORE it was translated O_o

This appears to be an artifact of the old database schema, which has since been replaced.
