Bug Description

after hibernating and starting again the drive folder "/sys/devices/platform/i8042/serio1/serio<n>" (where n usually start as '3') disapears and another one named "serio<n+1>" exists.
i have to disable the trackball, and it is annoying to make an "echo -n 0 > /sys/devices/platform/i8042/serio1/serio*/sensitivity" every time i boot.
this dosn't happen when i hibernate using gnome-power-manager

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta or later?
