[gutsy] window title fonts small with compiz normal effects

Bug Description

With compiz (1:0.5.2-0ubuntu3) 'normal effects' turned on, all my window title fonts are very small when I reboot.

If I turn 'normal effects' on or off using System / Prefs / Appearance / Desktop Effects, the window title fonts are drawn in normal size. It's only after rebooting that they are small.

My window title fonts are the expected size now, after a compiz update.

Don't know if everybody has that compiz update, but it still happends to me after reboot. Turning effects of and then on again fixes it.
I'm on a 1400 x 1050 resolution, and use max effects.
