Bug Description
When I open the calendar and click on "sync" but have no account yet setup, it would be nice if the app would take me to the system settings accounts page where I can setup one.

The Reminders app lp:reminders-app has similar functionality. We should allow the user to launch system settings if there is no account setup.
Perhaps the "Sync" option should say "Set-up sync" which launches System-Settings -> Accounts. This would have less UI work required than the reminders app splash screen I suspect?
