balsa - insertion point for reply

Bug Description

Binary package hint: balsa

i include the message into the reply, but i would like to have the insertion point at the top, not at the end of the message.
how can this be set? (and it appears to me that it was at the top before the recent change in gutsy (to 2.6.22-10)

a button in preferences would be welcome - i think others are happy with the insertion point after the message to which they reply.
