[Gutsy] Pidgin freezes

Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
This is with Pidigin 2.0.1 . The network authenticates & everything. Then if I go to #ubuntu-mozillateam (a low traffic channel) it works. To join if I click softly or if I right-click on let's say #ubuntu+1 it freezes. There is no other resource running, only pidgin.

This has primarily to do with one of the plugins, I have to discover which one, but will do that, marking invalid atleast about pidgin ;)
