Bug Description
Evergreen version 2.4.7 and version 2.6.1
When a monitor’s display is set at a lower resolution (specifically 800 x 600), not all of the Configure Toolbar screen options and information are accessible / viewable. In particular, on the right-hand side of the screen, the New Toolbar and the Save Toolbar buttons are not accessible. Essentially, when the resolution is set this low, the user cannot create or save a customized toolbar.

I want to expand on this bug description. The frame within the staff client which contains the toolbar configuration selections seems to be hard coded to a certain size. Even on monitors with a higher resolution than 800x600, I can't get to the buttons on the lower right hand side of the screen.
