Bug Description

Binary package hint: amarok

1. Open Amarok
2. Menu: Settings
3. Configure Amarok....
4. OSD
5. Uncheck 'Display the same information as the columns in the playlist'
6. Enter both file and directory in the text area, e.g. '%directory - %file'.
7. Press OK
8. Switch song or press keyboard shortcut to show OSD.
9. Note how only the path of the directory is displayed in the OSD, and not the file.

This is not a bug. You're just not using the right arguments. It's %filename, not %file.

%file works in some cases due to the way the regular expression parser works. But %filename will work every time.

If you need help figuring out which arguments are available, hover your mouse over that field.

Changed in amarok:
status: New → Invalid

Ok, but then the documentation is wrong cause there it says: "filename = %file".
