Bug Description
Here's a translations page for a distribution without, at the time of writing, any distroseries (let alone a translation focus): https:/
No text is shown. This needs at least a placeholder message saying "no series created, nothing to translate."
(Since "derivation" between distributions is not reflected in Launchpad right now, we can't link to the "parent distribution").
