Bug Description
If you visit the KVIrc bugtracker page, you'll notice that the baseurl is currently set to
If I then go and change it to
It tells me that the bugtracker is already registered in Launchpad. This is a regression in the dupe-detection work we did -- it should not be triggered when the bugtracker you found is the same as the one you're trying to edit :-)
