brcompat does't start in Precise (12.04.5)

Bug Description
Guys,
I'm trying to install Ubuntu 12.04.5 with OpenvSwitch and its BRCOMPAT module (since old libvirt doesn't support OVS) but, it does not work.

I tried to install the packages:

But brcompt still does not work.
