Bug Description

Last known good build: mako@utopic-proposed#208

Affects:
mako@14.09-proposed#11
krillin@14.09-proposed#2

On RTM image #2 we're finding that after flashing with --wipe, any time the keyboard should be opened, it isn't - a simple example is to compose a message in the Messaging application. Rebooting the device makes this problem go away.
