For team PPAs, how can you tell who uploaded the package?

Bug Description

I was looking at https://launchpad.net/~mythbuntu/+archive and seeing they have all these cool packages. However, I couldn't find a way of figuring out what packages were uploaded by which person.

Nothing in the listing tells me. Neither do the packages files, such as http://ppa.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/ubuntu/dists/gutsy/main/source/Sources.gz show me Uploaded-By.

How could we make this information available? I think teams will definitely want this.

Kiko, would adding another column to the packages list (if it's a team PPA) containing the name of the uploader work for you? We can get the uploader's ID from the key that the package was signed with.

Yes, that'd be fine -- as long as this column doesn't appear for individual PPAs (because it would be utterly redundant).
