I think I immediately previously was editing a bug status (either of 134272 or 134271) and I accidentally hit the package name in the task display and then hit "stop" in my browser, edited the status properly, and then either got this message as a result or perhaps in another window

There appears to have been a temporary issue where our web server was unable to contact the load balancer.
We apologise for this and are working on some underlying infrastructure changes that should take care of it (or make troubleshooting much easier).
