rubrica 7.10 problem in adding to gnome desktop

Bug Description

i tried to install rubrica under 7.10 (gnome). the installation failed with error:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/rubrica_2.0-1_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/contacts.png', which is also in package contacts

can this be fixed?

The same happens if you try to install contacts after rubrica
