Bug Description
This isn't important, but I imagine it is simple to fix. When making a multi-unit part in the library editor, the different units are referred to as letters (unit A, B C...); wheras in eeschema they are referred to as numbers (unit 1, 2, 3...). Surely these should both be the same?
I would suggest making both referred to as letters because this is the convention with multiple-unit parts.

There is an eeschema option for the style of the unit subdesignator.
However you are right, it isn't handled in the library editor, only in
the schematic.
