Bug Description

$ ls -ld /var/lib/usermetrics/ ; sudo ls -l /var/lib/usermetrics/

-rw-r--r-- 1 messagebus usermetrics 22528 Aug 21 11:05 usermetrics6.db

This may be related to bug #1363129, where rsyslog stopped working because /var/log/syslog was owned by 'usermetrics'.

Workaround:
$ sudo chown -R usermetrics /var/lib/usermetrics/
