calligra font missing from texlive-fonts-extra

I cannot confirm this, dlocate calligra gives me the mf and the tfm
files. Which version of texlive-fonts-extra are you using?

This file works perfectly for me, no problem. Only that you should
remove that useless pdftex option.

I removed and reinstalled texlive-latex-extra and now I get this:

The last message mentioned texlive-latex-extra 2005.dfsg.3-1. The version of texlive seems to be outdated. On my system calligra was properly installed with texlive-fonts-extra 2007.dfsg.1-1, mf and tfm file are on my system.
Please provide more information regarding your OS and texlive version or perhaps if the problem was solved by updating.
