UVF Exception for gimp 2.4.0~rc2

Binary package hint: gimp

I think we need to consider allowing in the second RC of the 2.4.0 release of GIMP. The two RC releases have been bugfixes only, with a few features being nailed down in 2.3.19

- further improved the display quality for zoomed-out views
