Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
When trying to do a distribution update to the latest Gutsy version the updater crashed giving me this detail:

OSError: [Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory
Exact same problem here with the same errors. The upgrade never completed and now Knetworkmanager isn't recognizing my network cards. Not sure what other problems I'm having as I've had to boot into Windows XP to get back on the Net.
