Bug Description

Testing on krillin, 14.09 proposed #89, I can't launch the clock app from the command line.

I can confirm this bug on Image 76 RTM Mako. However here's the kicker. This log output is noticeable across the QA Dashboard for some images, check out,

 http://ci.ubuntu.com/smokeng/utopic/touch/mako/272:20141007:20140929.1/10831/ubuntu_clock_app/1809753/. This is the output log of Image 272 Mako.

Something going on, but I am pretty certain its not due to the clock app.

This has a fix in silo rtm9, hopefully will get reviewed by QA soon.
