Cannot use File Manager as a content picker

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open messaging app
2. Click on an existing message or create a new one
3. Click on the camera icon at the bottom right hand side to attach an image
4. Click on the File Manager icon to use it to provide an image on the file system

Actual:
- The File manager is started, no files are shown
- The home directory path is shown as ~
- The unlock, cancel and select buttons are on the same bottom row and partly offscreen
- Upon unlocking the access, still no files are shown

Expected:
- The File manager is started, files are shown on the home folder
- The home directory path is shown as "Hoome"
- The unlock, cancel and select buttons are not interfering with each other
- Upon unlocking, the system dirs and files are shown
