Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
I used Ctrl+Alt+Insert to open terminals (Custom: uxterm) with metacity. The transition sets the 'Open a terminal' action to that keystroke but pressing the keys doesn't open a terminal.
Tested by switching from metacity to compiz (1:0.5.

You must have some broken local configuration. We explicitly copy these settings over if you're using the ccp plugin and have integration enabled. We have both of these on by default in gutsy.
