This was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity. We were just curious if this issue still exists? If so, can you also please add /var/log/partman as a separate attachment? The following wiki will help outline the required logs [WWW] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs . Thanks in advance.

We are closing this bug report because it lacks the information we need to investigate the problem. Please reopen it if you can reproduce this with latest Ubuntu release. To reopen the bug report you can click on the current status, under the Status column, and change the Status back to "New".
