Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Albums
2. Tap on an album
3. Tap on a song

Actual:
- There is a delay of 3-5 seconds before the "Now playing" view is shown, although the song starts actually playing before that. During that, the previous song is still shown in the toolbar.

Expected:
- When I tap on a song, the "Now playing" view is shown without delay.

This delay gives an impression of unresponsiveness. As mentioned, the song does seem to start playing without much of a delay, even before the "Now playing" view is shown. But with songs that start with e.g. 3s of silence or at low volume, it introduces confusion, as my first reaction was to tap again on the song to see if my tap had been recognized at all.

Thanks David! Are you running with a previously generated click package or from the remix branch? If the latter, which bzr revision?

I can confirm this issue, basically when on the songs tab (or anywhere with a large amount of items) if you select a track to play there is a pause while it pushes the items onto the trackQueue. Maybe we should look at that trackQueue workerscript branch I started investigating before the remix.

Hi Victor,

I've prefixed the bug title with [Remix] to indicate I'm reporting it
against the remix branch. As per the revision, I built a click from trunk
and manually installed after I saw all the good work you guys had landed
this morning :)

So the version is 1.3.713 (i.e. r713)

Cheers,
David.
