Cannot detect network printers

Bug Description

I am running Ubuntu Feisty on two computers on the same network. One is hosting a HP PhotoSmart C3150 and the other is a laptop. The laptop will not show any networked printers, and port 631 is not open even when detect network printers on. Both machines are on a wireless network.
