Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Packages from archive.canonical.com may get marked "obsolete" because the new commercial^Wpartner repository is usually empty. Packages from the archive.canonical.com repository should not get marked as obsolete during a upgrade.

Inspecting the code shows that this is not the case, packages from archive.canoncial.com are considered "foreign" and not touched.
